Business-grade Dell, ready for round two

Dell Latitude laptops have long been a fixture in offices. Refurbished here means used laptops that experts have tested, cleaned and repaired where needed, then sold with a warranty, at up to 40% less than new. The range spans compact 13.3-inch Latitudes to Precision workstations, so there is a fit for most jobs. With each device you get:

  • Min 12-month warranty. Cover for the long haul.
  • 30-day free trial. Check it fits your work at home.
  • Free returns and delivery included. No surprises at checkout.
  • Flexible payment methods. Choose what is convenient.

Who they suit

  • Office and hybrid teams. A Latitude 5420 or 5520 handles daily tasks and video calls.
  • Frequent travellers. A 13.3-inch Latitude 5320 is easy to take along.
  • Engineers and designers. A Dell Precision 5570 brings workstation power in a 15.6-inch frame.
  • Small businesses. Matching several laptops of one family keeps setup simple.

The Dell range at a glance

The Latitude 5000 series covers mainstream office work, with 5320, 5420 and 5520 in 13.3, 14 and 15.6 inches. The Latitude 7000 series, such as the 7400 and 7420, adds a more premium feel. The Precision 5570 is the choice for heavy creative and technical work.

How to choose a Dell

Series

Latitude is the business line. Precision is the workstation line for demanding software such as CAD and rendering.

Model number and generation

The first digits show the class, for example 5000 for the mainstream and 7000 for the premium. Each listing shows the processor, such as Core i5-1145G7 or i7-1185G7, so you can compare generations.

Size

13.3 inches is light, 14 inches is the all-round size, and 15.6 inches gives a full-size display for longer sessions.

Memory and storage

Everyday office work runs comfortably on moderate memory. Large spreadsheets, virtual machines or design files benefit from more memory and a bigger drive, so check both in each listing.

Condition

  • Premium: looks identical to new, works like new, battery holds at least 90% of the capacity of a new battery.
  • Excellent: looks like new, works like new.
  • Very Good: slight signs of wear, works like new.
  • Good: some signs of wear, works like new.

For Excellent, Very Good and Good, the battery holds at least 80% of the capacity of a new battery. A new battery option is offered with some products.

Refurbished vs new

Choose refurbished and pay up to 40% less than new while keeping a robust machine in use. According to refurbed’s calculation, a refurbished laptop saves on average about 357 kg of CO₂ (85% less) and 89% less electronic waste per device compared with a new one. refurbed’s calculation is verified by an independent third party, GutCert, in accordance with ISO 14040/44.

Refurbished vs second hand

Second-hand Dell laptops from private sellers often come with no warranty, an unknown battery and wear that is not described. Our refurbished laptops are tested by experts and graded by condition.
